West Java Provincial Sports Week XIV in 2022

Nadia Hermawati, a student of  the Class of  2019, has participated in the XIV Provincial Sports Week championship in rowing on November 1-14,  2022,  located in Situ Cileunca and Cisangkuy River, Pangalengan, Bandung Regency, West Java. The intensive training he passed from the previous months in Situ Ciburuy, West Bandung Regency. Then follow the quarantine in Pangalengan starting from October 20, 2022 with the contingent team, namely Cimahi City  and also athletes from various regencies/cities in West Java.  Nadia participated in several competition criteria, namely: 1) Women's   Team Canoe Slalom, 2) Women's TBR 250 meters, 3) Women's TBR 1000 meters, and 4) TBR Mix 1000 meters.

During quarantine, Nadia is required to do morning and evening exercises, which are divided into exercise in the water, jogging, and power training or lifting weights, then maintaining a diet, going to bed at 9 pm and others. The activity aims to gain endurance and strength for athletes. Thanks to maximum training, support and prayers from people around, Nadia managed to win the championship at Porprov this time smoothly and won two medals, namely the silver medal (2nd place) for the Women's Slalom team match number, and the bronze medal (3rd place) for the TBR MIX 100-meter distance match number. The hope is that  the next one will be to get maximum  results in the next championships.
