SOCIOLOGY LEADERSHIP ACTIVITY 2022

On October 29, 2022, the  Sociology Leadership Activity event took place in Room E-405   , JICA FPMIPA UPI. Sociology  Leadership Acitivity is part of the Sociology Leadership and Creativity  series, with  the theme "The Journey to Era Society 5.0 with CCP's Skill in New Normal Period", SLA was attended by as many as 90 participants.  In the SLA activity, new students of Sociology Education 2022 will be given knowledge about leadership, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), and trials. The trial cannot be conducted without the accompanying rules and in the absence of adequate knowledge of the perpetrators. Therefore, the provision of trial materials in the Sociology Leadership Activity (SLA) activity is expected to provide more understanding to new students of Sociology Education 2022 so that they can follow and practice it properly and correctly in the future as part of the campus organization.  SLA invited Fachrul Dena (Economic Education Student'19) as Chairman of MPM REMA UPI.  The series of events from the SLA include:

1.      Presentation on the definition of trial

2.      Presentation of the types of trials within the scope of the organization

3.      Presentation of the components of the trial (order, presidium, delegation, reviewer, fraction and quorum)

4.      Presentation of the completeness of the trial (trial hammer, draft of trial materials, minutes, and consideration)

5.      Presentation of the course of the trial (rules for the knocking of the trial hammer, interruption, termination of the trial)

6.      Presentation on hearing taking (consensus, lobying, voting, review)

With the holding of SLA,  it is hoped that Sociology Education  2022  students  will understand more about the  flow of  the trial to the  regulations in it because students are synonymous with their involvement with organizational activities. In an organization, there will always be a time when there is a need for a discussion to solve a problem that exists within the organization. One of the most commonly used methods is to conduct a trial. A hearing is a formal forum of an organization to discuss certain issues in an effort to produce a decision, which will be a clear provision and rules. The decision of this trial will be binding on all elements of the organization as long as no changes have been made. This decision is final, so it applies to parties who agree or disagree, are present or not present at the hearing.
