Exploration of the World of Work through the Independent Study MBKM Program at PT Inti Dwi Putra (MyEduSolve) Pathway 21st Century Educator

Kampus Merdeka together with several corporate partners organized a Certified Internship and  Independent Study (MSIB)  program for one semester to all state  university  students under auspices of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. PT Dwi Inti Putra (MyEduSolve) as one of  MSIB's partners held an international certification preparation program  for students to enter the  world  of work.  The learning system   carried out during the 21st Century Educator  Class is  to study one by one the certification material.  The certification preparation class will last for approximately  6 weeks which then ends with the implementation of the certification exam. If the examinee does not pass the certification, each participant is  given a  one-time   cracking  opportunity to correct the score to be  above  the average  with a score of >700.

The first class I took was microsoft  power point certification preparation. The outline of the certification material includes: Manage Presentation; Manage Slides; Insert And Format Text, Shape, and Images; Insert Tables, Charts, Smartart, 3D Models, and Media; Apply Transitions and Animations.  The second class I took was Project Management Ready with a big picture of certification materials, including: Project MGMT Fundamentals and Core Concept; Traditional Plan-Based Methodologies; Agile Frameworks/Methodologies; and Business Analysis Frameworks. And the last class I took was Microsoft  Certified Educator in Indonesian with an outline of certification  materials including: Student Collaboration Facility;  Skilled Communication Facilities;  Knowledge Construction Facility;  Self-Regulation Facilities;  Real-World Problem Solving and Innovation Facilities;  Student Use  of Information and Communication (ICT) Facilities; and Use ICT to become Effective Educators. In  Microsoft Certified Educator learning, participants are divided into  several groups to compile a Lesson Plan in accordance with the  Pancasila  Student Profile, namely critical reasoning, independence, faith , devotion to God, creative, and  working together.

During the Pathway  Class, we were also given facilities in the form of Career Mentoring  Classes as a means of discussing  careers with small groups, Master Classes as a means of webinars with leaders  inspirational, Social Mixer as a means of getting acquainted between participants, and Capstone Project as a means of actualizing the  world  of work in the  form of projects.  I had the opportunity to take part in a project with digides  company partners. DIGIDES is a  digital  information system-based  company  designed  to take care of village administration and services.  The company's focus  is in accordance with the  studies I studied previously in the Sociology Education Study Program  , namely  the  Village and City Sociology course.  In the company's project brief, my group and  I  were directed to create an output in the form of a  video on "DIGIDES New User On-Board  Training Content". In its implementation, we divide the project work into three stages, namely  the pre-production stage (script making, story board, and timeline); production (asset collection and video  work); and post-production ( revision, creation of descriptions, submission of output to the Client).
