The activity currently being followed and by the author is a Certified Internship that has been ongoing since August 2022. The Certified Internship is part of the Free Campus program which aims to give students the opportunity to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the classroom. With live learning at the workplace of an internship partner, students will gain hard skills as well as soft skills that will definitely make students better prepared to enter the world of work and career.

The internship program begins with an administrative and academic selection by the internships partners, and then the selection of interviews as a continuation. There are various industrial sectors available and offered by the Ministry which are the result of cooperation with related partners. Examples of such industrial sectors include the technology industry, health & services, BUMN, Multilateral & Non-Profit Institutions, Services, and so on. One of the partners working with the Ministry is the Young Cares Foundation Bandung. Young people care foundation has facilitated and provided learning related to the world of work both hard skills and soft skills to students in particular who attend internships. As for the author's position on the Certified Internship Program at the Youth Care Foundation, this is a Project Officer who is tasked with designing programs to help the general public, especially in the social, educational and environmental fields.

Hopefully with this activity can give motivation to students to continue to broaden their insights and increase their experience outside the world of teaching, especially with regard to career development.
