Amrin Ma'ruf became the best graduate of the Sociology Education Program at the Indonesian Education University at the UPI graduation phase II which was held on Wednesday, June 22 2022.

The young man who was born in Cilacap, October 23 1996 is an alumni of SDN 2 Karangtengah, SMPN 1 Sampang, and SMAN 1 Sampang. Then he continued his undergraduate education at the Semarang State University (2014-2018) and his master's education at the Indonesian Education University (2019-2021).

During his studies he was an assistant at the Sociology and Anthropology Laboratory of Unnes, Cilacap History, Gusdurian Cilacap and was a jury for the 2019 national Olympics at the Indonesian Education University. Apart from being active in college and being a freelance sociology teacher at high school, it turns out that Amrin is also studying at the Al-Barokah Islamic Boarding School in Bandung. "I study at a traditional boarding school that still maintains its pesantren tradition. On the one hand, I also study on campus with a very different learning atmosphere or model from pesantren. Islamic boarding schools give their own color in forming loving characters according to moral values (morals). Campuses with modern learning characteristics provide a broader perspective on the way of life, ways of thinking and processing. The way to divide time between the two is by learning together to be consistent, being able to share time, energy, thoughts and concentration." close Amir.

Amrin gave the impression that while studying at UPI he had gained a lot of knowledge, insight and new perspectives about the world of education. Education as something holistic, can be studied with various perspectives. Everything he got from his teachers at UPI.
